I have noticed when I have a To Do List, I will do everything on the list each day. Exercise is on the list every day. Without a list, I tend to think of things I need to do but just don't get up and get them done. As a result, I had not been exercising regularly. Now I do some sort of exercise every day since it is on my list!

    It makes sense, too, because if you don't "plan" to fit exercising into a day busy enough to need a "to do" list, chances are you'll "run out of time" or keep putting it off 'cause it's not on the list! I think I will start putting exercise on my list, and see if it helps me as much as it has helped you :-)
