This Sparked Me!

I wash my teeth after each meal. I also use floss and mouth wash.
This way there is a clear closure to the meal - finished. And somehow as the tastes go away from my mouth, there is less urge to get more snacks.
I also bought an nice Oral-B Pulsonic Slim electronic toothbrush, as an award and motivation. emoticon
