We all know that eating a healthy breakfast is good for us. Perhaps you are lacking in ideas for a healthy breakfast. I have re-discovered a great breakfast food, good nutritional values, good source of protein, I have 1 slice of whole wheat toast with 1 large poached egg, it is a great breakfast when you round it off with a piece of fresh fruit & by adding a handful of almonds. Bon Appetite`

    Another idea you might want to try, get a light Thomas English Muffin and toast (100 calories) and then 1 pieces of bacon (30 calories), and egg white - fry in pan with Pam cooking spray (17 calories) and laughing cow light swiss wedge (35 calories) and make a sandwich :)

Breakfast and only 182 calories :)
