Every night I go to bed envisioning how I am going to feel when I wake up in the morning. I picture myself eating healthy and exercising. Always seeing the positive thing I am doing to keep me motivated like:
I exercised today (15) minutes.
I drank 8 glasses of water
I parked the car further away and walked.
Every hour I get up to do something.
It all adds up and by the time I go to sleep I am smiling and looking forward to the next day.
The benefit for me is everyday starts of as a great day and I go to sleep feeling I have accomplished so much.
