I have the most difficult time when "spending"my calories on dinner! I love that there are sparkrecipes available!To help myself,I check out the comment BEFORE making the recipe because that might help me alter it for my liking,my cholestrol level or my hiatal hernia--no spicy foods.
It's SO EASY to track the calories for the recipes and ALL vitamins,fat,carbs-EVERYTHIN G-is accounted for.Then,on top of that ,MOST fit into my calories I allow for dinner.I tweak the recipes a bit if I need lower calories-works wonders!

check SparkRecipes for traditional raita recipes and use instead of mayo
I used a raita dressing instead of mayonaise to make chicken salad. Used fat free Greek yogurt (it's so thick it can easily substitute for mayo) and followed traditional spices used in raita recipes. It was really delicious and I didn't miss the mayo at all!
