If You Love Cheese...Then Only Eat It When You'Ll Appreciate It!

I ADORE cheese. But when I decided to lose weight, I knew I would have to start cutting back. It was sad to think of all the ways I'd have to cut cheese out of my diet...until I realized that often, when I add cheese to something, I'm not truly appreciating its flavor. On some sandwiches, pastas, or salads, I can barely even taste the cheese. So I decided that I would only eat cheese when I knew I was going to appreciate its flavor to its fullest. Now I'm eating less and not missing it at all!

Fruits are carbohydrates, when eaten alone, can sometimes elevate blood sugar levels. Protein acts as a blood sugar stabilizer by balancing the carbohydrates so always have a carb and a protein together and try to have a low cal snack before bedtime so there is no overnight spike. Ideas below. Yogurt with 1/2 banana sliced. ..or
Celery Stick with Laughing Cow cheese...1 Graham Cracker with 1/2 apple, an orange and a mozzerella stick Appreciate more ideas
If you love pizza you will appreciate this. Take english muffins of your choice, a low cal pizza sauce and healthy cheese. Garnish with veggies of your choice and spices. Put in oven or toaster oven and bake until crispy. This totally gives you that pizza feel and taste that you love.
Check out my food diary to see exactly what I use. It is usually like 300 something calories for two full muffins. I load it with garlic and it takes care of my cravings and fills me up. English muffins are great and have good protein and fiber depending on which ones you choose! ENJOY!
