Even when you have a day, a week, two weeks, or longer of slip ups just keep coming back, logging in, trying to log food, reading blogs and other things. Don't give up and quit but even when frustrated with yourself just keep coming back because it will click again. If you just quit and give up you're throwing away a chance to work through it.
