For centuries people have used visualization techniques to achieve their short and long term goals. "The Secret" is really no secret. Take time everyday to picture yourself in your healthy body, no matter what your goals are. If you desire to lose 5, 10, 15, 50 lbs., etc. picture yourself in that body. You'll release the "happy" hormone and you'll be more likely to achieve the vision. Seeing/Visualizing it will make it more believable. Much love!
