Drinking green tea helps speed up your metabolism, which in turn helps you burn more calories. For an added bonus drink green tea 20 minutes before exercise to encourage more calorie burning. I donít actually like the taste of green tea, but am drinking green tea with peppermint or lemon so as to hide the taste. Green tea is also buzzing with anti-oxidants and so also helps improve your complexion, as well as other heath benefits.

    i LOVE green tea.... in the last few weeks, i've started brewing it a gallon at a time, and i go through the gallon in about a day and a half!!! i've noticed my cravings for junk are GONE. i'm the kinda girl that just couldn't say no to food in the past. i'm not exaggerating at all. i really think the green tea is responsible. went to the movies w/family over the weekend and the movie snack that i craved.... a banana. what the what?!
