No longer have trouble getting 8 glasses of water in during the day. Drink a full glass in the morning. Keep a water bottle or nalgene at work or in class. Before you sit down make sure it's full.

Having the nalgene full, you are more likely to drink more water since it's easily available.

    I keep several bottles of water in the fridge, after I drink them, I wash them, let them dry and fill them up in the evening... it also helps me keep a log of how many oz. I drink, and I can grab an ice cold bottle on the way out the door. emoticon
