If your days change like mine you have to have alternative plans for busier times. Fit in smaller units of exercise times around your other obligations. A 15 brisk minute walk up and down the stairs adds that much time to your daily workout, Do strength training will doing chores or watching your favorite show.

I have a notebook in Evernote with a separate note for each restaurant I visit and what the best options are for my diet plan in each. I don't write down the "best options" that I wouldn't like either - just what I'd actually order. With my smart phone, I have that custom reference to keep me on track.
