it hard for me too do that.i also say only if i had of.i worked out all week.and stayed on track with everything and did'nt lose a pound.and i was very hard on myself,the trainer told me it was muscle gain and that did'nt make me feel any better.

When you screw up...
Don't be too hard on yourself if you screw up for a day or two (or more!). If you eat too much and/or and don't exercise, don't be too hard on yourself and don't let it set you back! Just keep plowing forward, forgive yourself, and remember tomorrow is always a new day!306
