Often we don't give ourselves enough credit for trying our best or the minute we indulge in something we feel guilty...we have to STOP being so hard on ourselves and be proud for the little things we are able to accomplish

Don't be too hard on yourself if you screw up for a day or two (or more!). If you eat too much and/or and don't exercise, don't be too hard on yourself and don't let it set you back! Just keep plowing forward, forgive yourself, and remember tomorrow is always a new day!306
I allow myself to mess up on some days. I realize that I am only human and that I am going to make mistakes. The key is to don't be so hard on yourself and to get back in the swing of things the next day. I don't allow myself to quit. I learn from mistakes and get back on track!
