  • Your helpful hint reminds me of what a precious friend said to me just months before she died from complications of diabetes. She had fallen and broken her hip (never walked again). Because of her inability to get her own food, etc. her sugar count went to NORMAL. Alas it was too late, but I will never forget her looking at me straight in the eye and saying, "I'm so mad at myself because I should have done this (get sugar back to normal) 37 years ago!"

You are so RIGHT! I'm on my way to a healthy weight, and I'm going to stay there! I am responsible for my weight and my fitness!
