I hate to throw the little bit of lotion or shampoo left in the bottle away, so when I can't get it out through the top, I take a pair of scissors (sometimes need to be heavy duty) and carefully poke a hole in the bottle, then cut the bottle into two pieces. I take a small rubber spatula and scrape out the remainder and put it into a small container with a seal, like a Tupperware smidget. That keeps the lotion from getting dried out or rubbery.
Sometimes there are as many as 3 or four more applications stuck to the inside of the bottle!

Everytime I get a shower, I moisterize with a body lotion that sits on my bathroom vanity. Its easy to remember, because its handy and has a pump. To get my daily SPF, I've begun adding a tube of 50 SPF to that bottle of lotion. I realize it's somewhat weakened, but I haven't gotten burnt yet! I believe its better than NO protection!
You know those Travel bottle that we all have. Well, when my shampoo, body lotion, etc. start getting low. And, I am having to turn the bottles up side down. I get one of the Travel bottles and put what every is left inside of them. That gives more room in shower. I label them too.
.Also, I use some for guests in case they forget something they need.
