Give yourself regular little non-food rewards for making good choices and resisting temptation - a new lip gloss, or new single, or a bunch of flowers! Treat yourself to a non-food goodie instead of fast food.
Since I know that I can not always resist temptation, I include at least one treat in my calorie budget everyday. With this approach, that home-baked cookie brought by my coworker doesn't completely blow my healthy diet. And since I know that I've got 200 calories allocated for treats, I only eat half of the sumptuous treat. I'm happy. My sweet tooth is happy. And my diet is safe.
