When I'm drying the dishes, I dry things one at a time then carry them one at a time to the other end of the kitchen and put them away in the cupboard one at a time. In the bad old fat days I'd dry them all, stack them up, then make one trip to the cupboard carrying the stack..
Dieting is a life style change. The easiest option is to take it one day a time. Each time you make a decision, think about it. Do you really want to eat that or drink that? Think how hard some things are to work off. THINK then act. One step at time.
