    What I found encouraging was - after I lost 5 pounds I mentioned it at work and a lady said - wow - you lost a sack of potatoes - I liked that - so then when I lost 10 - it was 2 - 5's or a 10 pound sack of potatoes and so on and so forth - relating it to something made it concrete. Then when I saw someone who weighed what I lost - that was really amazing. I said - I lost you!

    yes every thing one at a time if I look at the whole picture & try to capture it all I get so over whelmed I slack off

    So true. Sometimes we get caught up with the details, we get overwhelmed. That's why they created the saying keep it simple!
