Sautee thinly sliced or chopped mushrooms and onions in some olive oil and then add to ground meat. It will not only stretch your dollar but lighten the calorie load, wheteher it be ground turkey, ground chicken or hamburger meat or just have a juicey portabello mushroom burger, some sliced sirlion steak in a mushroom/onion stir fry, in chili, or mixed in with brown rice or how about a mushroom omelet?
