I used "Pin as tab" in Firefox 4 to fix my daily nutrition tracker page. This way, my nutrition tracker is always there one click away when Firefox opens up. It is less time to add food, and I am more likely to track. ("Pin as tab" is also useful for gmail and facebook.)

On your nutrition tracker page, there's a link near the top to "change nutrition goals". Clicking that link takes you to a page where you can add any of dozens of nutrients for your nutrition tracker to calculate. Examples are calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium, glucose, sucrose. The additional nutrients show in the chart at the bottom of your nutrition tracker page and help you watch your daily intake.
Knowing something about psychology, I know it's important to get correct proportions of sodium, potassium, and calcium for proper brain function - and body. I started tracking those nutrients and am amazed at how out of proportion my intake was. Eye-opening! At least knowledge is power!
On the message board, I have my favorite topics and sometimes I spend a lot of time looking for those favorites. Just tonight it occurred to me that I could open a whole new session of Firefox and put my 5 favorites, each in their own tab. Tomorrow I can go to that Firefox session and just click on that tab, refresh the screen and answer the question, which is usually something having to do with cities or travel or the bucket list.† 211
I love the Spark awards. I rely on the MyTrophies & SparkStreaks to keep me on track and ensure that I do not undervalue my accomplishments. When they give me an award, I give myself a reward. For example, I just got a trophy for losing 25 lbs so I went to Amazon and purchased a $20 watch from my wish list. This watch is a reward & a tool, it has a bezel that will help me to track my exercise minutes. So reward yourself for all of your awards, weight loss, consistency, challenges etc. Itís fun!
My Trophies & SparkStreaks are listed on your personal Spark Page under the Awards tab.
