Drink water, water, and more water to lose weight. I keep a bottled water on my nightstand to drink when I wake up. I also keep several bottles in the car to drink on the way to work, from work, etc. Before you know it, you've taken in at least 1 gallon.

    Can you ever have too much water though??? I drink about a gallon a day - and it has NOT helped me to lose the weight I wanted to lose!

    Staying hydrated also helps when you are afflicted with a kidney stone(s). The fluid helps your body actually flush the stone out of your body.

    This is so true. I have water with me constantly and I am losing weight at a regular pace. I can't of course attribute all my weight loss to water, but it sure helps me to keep from nibbling those not so good for me snacks. emoticon
