Drink water, water, and more water to lose weight. I keep a bottled water on my nightstand to drink when I wake up. I also keep several bottles in the car to drink on the way to work, from work, etc. Before you know it, you've taken in at least 1 gallon.

I jut broke through my plateau by using a combinaton of tools.
I was on a 4 month plateau where the scale would not budge. This week I did a few things that seemed to work for my sluggish body 1) Worked out in the morning for an hour before breakfast (interval training switching every 20 minutes between bootcamp style wo 2) Tracked all my meals (portioned my meals 3) Ate a lot of whole foods this week (fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, eggs, lentil soup, salads) 4) Cut back on carbs(I limited my bread or pasta in take to two meals in the day instead of all 3
I think by doing all these changes it really helped my body get into fat burning zone....I hope this helps whoevr is struggling through a plateau!205

Yes, water & other options like watermelon, salad greens, Ice Tea, bananas, avocado's, apples, all citrus fruits, cucumber's, cherries, all berries, bell peppers, brocolli,, squash, grapes and even tomatoes. Wear light weight clothing & stay out of the heat. Remember water (hydration) helps transport blood glucose,& it needs to get to your cells. A decrease in hydration can cause health problems.When blood sugar is high you will urinate more & worsen dehydration..DRINK LOTS OF WATER! PLEASE
