Too many chores and errands to do to exercise?? Do both! When folding laundry, I try to use as many muscles as possible (stretching, tightening stomach muscles, etc) same with dusting, vacuming, dishes, and scrubbing. By tightening stomach muscles, watching posture, and stretching it can help!

Distracting myself helps me get past a craving. Wait until I finish..the dishes-the laundry- that report, etc. There is always something to do, and if you have "too much to do" to snack, then all is well. After all, I got to this state of health by being "too busy to exercise", so the plan is to put that mentality to a positive end.
