Air-Popped Popcorn

Members Were Sparked
This Sparked Me!

If you're like me... you love snacking in front of the TV!!! But this mindless eating can be a huge problem. So, buy an Orville Redenbacker's Air-Popped Popcorn machine, some whole popcorn kernels, and then you can have a HUGE bowl of air-popped popcorn to snack on for about 150 calories! And tons better for you than bag or movie theater popcorn. Popcorn seasonings are great too, just watch the sodium content.

I have a Microwave Presto Popper. I use no oil and seasoning it with: ground pepper, chilli powder, ground red pepper and a bit of Parmesan cheese. YUM!

same popper I have - and the warm popcorn in my opinion rarely needs seasoning!

Forget the air popper, I use paper bags, and it pops most of the kernals, and I spray it with a little oil for flavor and it tastes just as great.

I love popcorn! My favorite seasoning is Lawry's Season Salt. (Don't knock it until you try it!) emoticon

I prefer the air-popped popcorn. I never put butter on mine. It's so much better.
