Sometimes I read the topics and I don't remember things so I always save to my favorites and go back later to reread and if I really like what I've read I will print it out or save it to CD or flash drives
Understanding the reason for my overeating is very important to me. Reading books on this subject also helps me feel that I'm not alone in what I am going through. I've read articles and things on overeating, read books on emotional eating, etc. Books at the library are free. Read On!
