Not a fan of the word "diet", but this book was at the dollar store. I bought it for new recipes, but I absolutely LOVE the workout plan. Only 25 minutes a day, 5x a week. Much more doable for me than P90X was (though I do love P90X too!). The recipes are tasty, the workout is quick!
This book offers a great way to change up your exercise routine and get some new healthy meal ideas. You get out of the workout what you put into it- don't be easy on yourself! For the exercise portion- you'll need dumbbells and an exercise ball. They say a bench too, but I manage without one.

In my mind, "dieting" to me means there is an end. Meaning, when you've reached your goal, you can stop "dieting". I believe it is a full, mind,body, spiritual LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Peeple get fat because of several factors. I believe a change of way of life will lead to everything you've ever wanted, including a fantastic,achievable weight loss.
Eating my calorie allotment greatly impacts weight loss and other health factors.
A friend moved in to help us out with meal preparation and other health related activities. She insists upon breakfast. In fact, she insists upon all meals being eaten. Since I started eating the amount of food I'm supposed to have I've lost almost thirty pounds.
