Not a fan of the word "diet", but this book was at the dollar store. I bought it for new recipes, but I absolutely LOVE the workout plan. Only 25 minutes a day, 5x a week. Much more doable for me than P90X was (though I do love P90X too!). The recipes are tasty, the workout is quick!
This book offers a great way to change up your exercise routine and get some new healthy meal ideas. You get out of the workout what you put into it- don't be easy on yourself! For the exercise portion- you'll need dumbbells and an exercise ball. They say a bench too, but I manage without one.
