Radishes are a diuretic, which helps in increasing urine production keeping the kidneys functioning. A good source of fiber, low in fat and cholesterol and great for natural weight loss. Sliced in salads, as a radish dip, or even as radish juice. The amount of sugar in a radish is somewhat high so don't over due and eat daily....just once in awhile. Unsure about radishes..ask your dietician.
