I used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day. A couple months ago I switched to green tea instead. I feel SO much better during the day, and don't experience the dreaded "It's 2:30p in the afternoon" crash! Try it :)

How do you fix your green tea so it wont taste so nasty. I must be doing something wrong because I see a lot of people drinking it. Can you help? I would love to try it.

I drink green tea every day as well and I swear it keeps cold and viruses from getting me!!
