I used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day. A couple months ago I switched to green tea instead. I feel SO much better during the day, and don't experience the dreaded "It's 2:30p in the afternoon" crash! Try it :)

I have found that drinking Green Tea is helping - I have 3 - 6 cups a day along with at least 8 - 10 pints of water. Green Tea is proven to aid with weight loss as well as having other health benefits - also the caffeine found in Green tea is dramatically lower than black tea & coffee which of course means less caffeine happier body!!
