Just because they give you the serving size in the nutritional information doesn't mean that you have to eat that amount. If you want to have a little more of one item, maybe eat less than the serving size of something else to balance it.
I usually take this advice when I'm craving something, and just a little bit will satisfy me. Instead of eating all of a serving size of ice cream, I'll have half or even 1/4. If it's tough to have the extra stuff around, I'll share it with others.
