You Don'T Have To Eat The Serving Size

Just because they give you the serving size in the nutritional information doesn't mean that you have to eat that amount. If you want to have a little more of one item, maybe eat less than the serving size of something else to balance it.

MORE INFORMATION:
I usually take this advice when I'm craving something, and just a little bit will satisfy me. Instead of eating all of a serving size of ice cream, I'll have half or even 1/4. If it's tough to have the extra stuff around, I'll share it with others.

    I usually eat half a serving size of the potatoes, noodles or rice sides. Having a half cup is plenty for me. Load up on the veggies.

    I have 3 dogs, so sometimes I save a bite for each of them of whatever I'm having, which is 3 less bites for me!
