Listen To A Good Book!

I love to read and I have combined reading a good book with staying active. In order to get motivated to walk or exercise, I listen to books on my I Touch. I have listened to two books this month (60 hours each)! I can't wait to finish the third book. Music after teaching second graders is not a good idea, so listening to books is worth every second! emoticon

    I listen to books on my iTouch also. I only listen when I walk outdoors but it's a big help in making my walks longer. Because of interruptions when the gym, I read my Kindle when exercising indoors. I used the Kindle app on my iTouch before actually purchasing the 2nd generation Kindle.

    I LOVE listening to books on my iTouch. I plug it into my car's stereo system and listen on my long drives. I also listen while exercising and cleaning house. A good book seems to make the time fly!
