Do you track with Sparks and Weight Watchers? If so, start adding points to the food titles for the manually entered foods. This will save time and keep points top of mind along with all the other nutrients you track.
For example, I added Veggie Stix snack today. In the title it reads 1 oz=3 point

How do you add the WW points to your tracker? I'm new at this and want to track WW points.

Thanks this is a great idea!

I love to track WW points but because I am a vegan, there are none of my foods listed in the food plans and it is too complicated to enter things like veggie juices I make and smoothies and my own soups. what do you do/ emoticon
