I didn't realize that I was hindering my own success by not getting enough rest. At first I thought, "Hmmm, maybe I should drink more water." The weight came off slowly, but when I actually started going to bed at a decent hour the weight dropped off with the quickness!!!!

    If I get a bad night's sleep (less than 7 hours), my blood sugar first thing in the morning is high and won't come down to normal until I sleep again.

    I have a child and it takes forever to get him to sleep and sometimes he wakes up in the middle of the night and if I let him sleep with me then I can't get comfortable enough to stay asleep.

    Any tips on how to get good sleep while working night shift! I know this is one of the reason I'm having trouble losing weight. I'm tired all the time!

    I only get betwween 6 to 7 hour a nite so I could use more sleep
