Get At Least 7-8 Hours Of Sleep To Drop The Weight
Members Were Sparked
I didn't realize that I was hindering my own success by not getting enough rest. At first I thought, "Hmmm, maybe I should drink more water." The weight came off slowly, but when I actually started going to bed at a decent hour the weight dropped off with the quickness!!!!

It sounds simple, but the key is SLEEP! I make it a priority to get at least 6 hours of sleep every night, and this helps me avoid illness, make better choices, and even maintain weight if I'm not eating all that well. I find that I gain weight when I don't sleep enough. Bonus? If you're sleeping, you can't eat! Automatic caloric deficit :)
