Its cinnamon! It's said to help curb sugar cravings. And, at least with me, it helps greatly. It tasts sweet enough that I feel like I've had a sweet and I'm satisfied.

My cravings for sweet things has vanished since cutting out fructose from diet. I've also found that I am much more easily satisfied after eating a regular meal...my appetite regulating hormones are now free to do their job.
