Many of my diabetic friends seem to try to placate their sweet tooth. They try to find things that taste sweet but won't raise their blood sugar. My focus has to been to re-educate my palate to enjoy the right kinds of foods that will enhance my health.

Set your clothes on the night before and head to the gym or out for a jog or brisk walk. You will start your day out right and you will feel energized. The hardest part is getting out of bed, but after that, you're on your way!306
