Whenever i ate only healthy food the whole day and i come back from work i need sweeties. Even if i resist the feeling for 3 or more ours in the evening i cant hold it no longer.
I found a no calorie solution for my sweet tooth. Diet coke, such as coke zero.
Its pretty sweet and the carbonacid gives me a filling feeling.
Almost everyday i gonna drink 500 ml...thats of course not much healthy, but for the beginning a substitute for worse choices like dunkin donuts ;)
