I visit the A to Z health topic site on SparkPeople almost everyday. You can earn 3 sparkpoints for reading through one of the articles. I have decided that this is a very easy way to get those extra 3 points so I have started with the "A" group and plan to just work my way through the alphabet one letter at a time!!

Every day I go to the Health A-Z topics and also health news articles and read a topic. I get 3 points for each of them and I learn something new. In the Health A-Z I am working through the alphabet and learning a lot of interesting things. In the Health News I find out what's new daily.
To help me feel full and aid in digestion, I try to drink a cup of green tea after each meal.
It has become a positive habit that also "signals" the end of a meal for me, so if I feel a binge or temptation coming on, I'll sneak in an extra cup of tea first. And 9 times out of 10, I no longer want the tempting treat!
Also, experiment with different types of green tea to find one that perks your taste buds. For me, that's Tazo's "Zen" which has hints of lemongrass and spearmint.
