Walking at least two times a day for at least an hour and drink plenty of water.
I start out at a decent pace then I change it up going fast and then slow depending whom Iam walking with my husband or my sister and it helps to have someone to walk with. The walks go faster and longer.
I do not have a babysitter so if I want to exercise I need to do so with my two year old in mind. I like to take walks for one hour +. I pull out the stroller, pop out the sippie cup holder and strap on the portable dvd player and off I go. My two year old is happy and now I can walk for 1 hour up to 1 1/2 hours without a fussy baby.
I ususally have an excuse about not riding stationary/exercise rower bike because my sons are watching the big screen with their shows and my bike is right there next to it. So, I have asked my sons and hubby to let me have a good one hour to exercise and watch my shows that keep my mind off the exercising that makes it easier for me. They all now support "My 1 hour Exercise Time' and infact encourage me to do my hour so they can have their big screen time back!48
