I recommend reading Judith Beck's book " The BECK Diet Solution" as she teaches how to THINK like a THIN person. It isn't a diet, but how to deal with your sabotaging thoughts. (I got a copy at the library.) There is a Spark Team here for support.

I've learned to look at today and make better choices for tomorrow. If I don't get it done today, I can always do it tomorrow, instead ot stressing myself by trying to get it all done on this day. Sometimes, you'll learn that it may not be as important or needed to get down at all! There's tomorrow
Hi what I've been doing every day is to tell my self " Hey I've already lost this weight" or " I'm feeling the weight going and I'm looking better already" and other similar comments. I'm speaking POSITIVE over my self and that keeps me going. I feel the weight is already gone!!!
