Don't buy canned, boxed, or plastic bagged "FAST" foods. Buy fresh, wholesome items and then go home and create what is in those processed packages! Like potato chips or pizza, or granola bars. There are so many healthy ways to make these in the kitchen that taste so much better and have much less salt, sugar and fats in them. Get Creative!!! You can have your CAKE and eat it too!!!

Well, I just started reading labels on all package foods that I "used" to buy....and I realize that there was very little food in these packages! Most of it was preservatives and things/words I couldn't even pronounce. Now I only eat fresh foods and very little prepared/package goods!
I've lost weight/fat....feel much better, energy level has been fantastic. And I'm sleeping well. My overall health has improved and my attitude is heightened something positive is happening to me though all of my changes! Can't explain it but I feel great!
Assuming I am motivated (and that's a whole 'nother story), I have always found it fairly easy to lose weight. I eat when I'm hungry, which ends up meaning several small meals a day of only the healthiest food. Fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains, and a small amount of fresh nuts.
Some small amounts of cheese is okay too, but avoid refined, packaged foods.
