Don't buy canned, boxed, or plastic bagged "FAST" foods. Buy fresh, wholesome items and then go home and create what is in those processed packages! Like potato chips or pizza, or granola bars. There are so many healthy ways to make these in the kitchen that taste so much better and have much less salt, sugar and fats in them. Get Creative!!! You can have your CAKE and eat it too!!!

    My husband has been begging me to buy a food dehydrator and I have discovered that I LOVE apple chips, after reading your tip, I just took the plunge and bought a food dehydrator off amazon! You are so right, I hope it works out well. Thanks for the tip!
