Ok, so I had like 10 million kitchen gadgets and needed to weed out some things. So... for 4 weeks I took all the gadgets that I used and put them in a box. All the other stuff obviously I wasn't using so I thought that can't be right so I did it another 4 weeks. After that what was left went to the Goodwill. Great way to clean out the kitchen!!!
Fill your kitchen with gadgets and gizmos. Like a mandolin, graters, measuring cups, silicon non stick tools, and a good set of nonstick pans. Any handy kitchen tools. When I go to cook I think to myself "What do I get to play with today?" Makes it fun.
In full disclosure, my friends call me "Gidget" because I LOVE and collect kitchen Gadgets... But I absolutely LOVE my Vidalia Chop Wizard. Using the Chop Wizard I am able to make fresh mango salsa in less than 5 minutes. The most time consuming part is peeling and coring the Mango (if only they made a gadget....) The Chop Wizard uniformly and easily chops the peppers and mangos without having to manually cut the produce. 267
