I used this sock today for the first time, and it was an INCREDIBLE difference from when I wear normal socks. My feet didn't feel fatigued or tingly in anyway after I finished my C25K session, and it provided GREAT cushioning for my blister. I HIGHLY recommend this sock.

Before putting on your socks, rub your feet with a decent layer of foot cream, be it petroleum jelly, or Gold Bond foot cream, or cocoa butter, or something sort of thick. Once you put your socks over it, the socks stay put and keeps them from rubbing against you. It's helped soften up my feet quite a bit and keeps the rubbing to a minimum. I know it seems like it would feel weird, but you don't even notice it once the socks are on!

As it gets colder heat it up for about 30 seconds until desired temp. It makes a good little heating pad. NOTE heated to much will burn the rice
