I have trouble drinking enough water in a day. I just don't drink much. I have begun putting a straw in every glass/bottle of water and I will drink that in no time. So now I can drink at least 5 8 oz glasses a day just by adding a simple straw :)

If you're having trouble drinking enough water, try eating spicy foods a couple of times a day. You'll need to drink extra water to put out the fire in your mouth! Eating a salty snack or something thick/dry, like peanut butter, would also require some extra water. Guzzle up!
I used to have trouble drinking enough water each day. Now what I do, I keep a tall glass on my desk with a straw in it. I can sip while I'm working on the computer and end up having to refill the glass 2-3 times a day. Now, I have no problem getting sufficient water each day.
