I buy the gladware or ziploc 4 oz and 8 oz containers then buy my own sugar free jello, pudding cottage cheese etc. you can make the jello & put it right into the smaller containers to set up. it is a lot cheaper to buy the large cans the small ones it is hard to find the small cups sugar free.
Did you know that you can measure a cup of chuncky product by using water displacement?101
Take a two-cup measure cup (see through) add water to the 3/4 mark, place a smaller container in the water. What does is weigh? Start placing your chuncky vegetables in the smaller container. The weight is the current measure minus the original weight (3/4 water + small container).
I always eat my snacks out of the same small container, never out of their original packaging like bags or boxes. I put a controlled portion in a small container and then take it somewhere else away from the packaging to eat it, like another room or taking it with me on the go. This keeps me from over indulging.
