Watch Yourself




When I do my strength training: crunches, reverse crunches, running etc, I like to watch myself in the mirror and focus on my problem area. That way I am:

1. Looking in the mirror *automatically thinking, I want to fit nicely into a bikini this year.

2. Focused on my problem areas

    I do watch myself. I began to lift my arms above my head to see what the next me will look like. Then I notice the part of me that is missing. I also let my body know it is doing a great job. emoticon - by FOLLOWINGHIM201
