I have a recumbent bicycle (the low profile, support your back kind) between the couch and TV. If I don't get any other exercise in, I can ride for 30+ minutes while watching TV. The bike is low enough and quiet enough to not bother the rest of the family trying to watch.

I want to be able to ride roller coasters with my kids. I have many pounds from it but we go to the amusement park 1-2 a month. The kids ride, I watch. I make them get off and tell me everything they just felt. Then I feel my self in the seat next to them. In a matter of time - I will be there!
