Think of where you tend to go when you want to snack. Post photos of before you gained the weight.. and where you are at now. (Whether its the fridge or a cupboard) Or if you don't want to post photos of yourself, find a picture in a magazine that resembles the size you want to be and hang that up there. It makes a nice reminder for when you aren't actually hungry.

Instead of posting on refrigerator a 'before you gained all those pounds ago' photo, post a photo of yourself now, to encourage you not to open the refrig or cabinet just to munch. Then every month same date, post a 'new photo' next to the heavier one. Seeing the result on refrig will motivate you instead of grieving for your skinny self all those years ago.
