I used to eat Chinese food on Thursdays even when I was watching, just had the "diet" or steammed choices. I gave that up and put that money away. It saves me about $7.00 a week. It also saves me the extra calories for a lunch! Needless to say all the calories in the sauce too!

  • Stay in and eat something awesome at home with your family.

    The kids can learn how to cook with you and be apart of preparing the table.

    More conversations with the family if everyone is home for a meal.

  • I suggest dont eat out at all. Unless you truly know exactly what into the food, then you have no idea what kind of products are in there and I have learned so much about HFCS, MSG, Aspartame, Fructose that I will never eat out again. I have even cut back on the food I buy at a grocery store. I used to spend at least 100.00 per trip now that has been cut 60%. I only buy Natures Own breads, produce, and Almond milk oh yeah and eggs! NO MORE PROCESSED Foods emoticon - by SELF-LOVE
