i have a huge sweet tooth which is not good for my healthy life style goals. So whenever I get the urge for chocolate I eat a chocolate fiber bar. They not only make me feel like I'm eating something naughty, like a candy bar, but add fiber and protein to my diet. Try it out!

When I'm very into exercising as I am now, if I crave a sweet treat, I think of how many calories the treat is and how many minutes it would take to work off that treat. The numbers leave me feeling no desire to have the treat.
Say out loud or write down on paper how many calories or points (WW) the treat will cost you. Then pick the exercise u do. Look at how long it will take you to burn that treat. If the piece of cake u want is 650 calories and u walk 3.0 MPH. That will take over 2 hrs of exercise off the calories.
When I'm really craving a sweet treat, but don't want to blow my day, I make my own "ice cream sandwich." Spreading low (or no) fat cool whip between two cinnamon graham crackers and throwing it in the freezer for a few minutes is just perfect!! And, about 4g of fat. WIN!
