When I'm very into exercising as I am now, if I crave a sweet treat, I think of how many calories the treat is and how many minutes it would take to work off that treat. The numbers leave me feeling no desire to have the treat.
MORE INFORMATION:
Say out loud or write down on paper how many calories or points (WW) the treat will cost you. Then pick the exercise u do. Look at how long it will take you to burn that treat. If the piece of cake u want is 650 calories and u walk 3.0 MPH. That will take over 2 hrs of exercise off the calories.
