So as not to deprive myself....i buy those bags of chocolate mini minis. They are more pricey....but worth it.. I will have 2 and eat slowly and that sustains my craving...where as i would prolly eat a whole reese cup ( or two in the pack) to do that . And I keep them out of sight in my desk drawer at work. That way they aren't staring at me all day either! It works. A whole bag lasted me almost 3 weeks! so totally worth the extra $$

I love chocolate (can't get enough of it), but I don't love the calories and fat that go along with it. So, I found and fell in love with Extra Dessert Delights Mint Chocolate Chip sugarfree gum. Only 5 calories, flavor lasts for at least 15 minutes, and it satisfies my chocolate cravings.
I just loved chocolate and was''t losing weight because of it. I found that if I ate a pickle instead, I didn't want the chocolate. The chocolate didn't taste near as well after a pickle. I still have chocolate now and then...I keep the small bite size pieces in the house for when I just have to have chocolate. The key is to just eat ONE!
