Try And Declutter One Thing Each Day

Members Were Sparked
This Sparked Me!

Every day pick one thing to declutter, be it a drawer, a counter or your desk. Get a paper shedder and shred old bills or papers you no longer need, toss out anything you have not used in a year and give away any old clothes you no longer wear (like your old fat clothes), In no time at all your house will be less cluttered and look great!

If you see it all at one time it is overwhelming but to do one thing a day is less stressful and easy. After all there are 365 days in a year, so that is 365 things you decluttered in one year!

Great idea to declutter. I get overwhelmed too and want to get it all done at once. I move some things around and then end up not putting anything away. emoticon I will try to remember that one area at a time is a lot easier.

Thanks for your simple idea to declutter. It seems that I get overwhelmed when I think about what I need to get done, so I get nothing done a lot of days. Thank you
