To make tracking my food a bit easier, when I first log in to SP I add all the food I plan on eating that day this way I have an idea ahead of time of what my calories will be and if there is something I don't eat it is easy to just delete the item at the end of the day.

  • I have been doing the same thing. It is really helpful to make sure I cover all my bases and spread my calories throughout the day. And, if I fall short on calories, it is easy to add in some extras! This is probably the biggest boost I have found to keeping me on track. - by LINDAJ0621
