When eating pizza I have found that taking clean paper napkins and gently blotting the top of your pizza will wick up a fair amount of oils . The last time I had pizza at our favorite place I used 3 napkins on an 8 inch square pizza. I figure any oil I take off the top of my pizza is that much less oil that I am not taking in.

Aside from the common ways to healthify pizza, such as getting thin crust, going light on the cheese, and topping with veggies instead of meat, I also take napkins and "blot" my pizza to soak up the extra grease.Its amazing how much comes off each slice!! This works on frozen as well as takeout.
